General information about seniorencare24

seniorencare24 was founded in 2022 and is part of the knechtcare group, which has been providing care and nursing at home for more than 20 years. We combine this experience with a clear set of values: humanity, safety and reliability are at the heart of everything we do.

Usually within a few days. In urgent cases, care can even start on the same day.

Yes – we adapt the arrangement flexibly to your circumstances. A temporary break is possible.

Our emergency service can be reached around the clock. We are also available outside office hours – for you and for our caregivers.

Caregivers

Together, we clarify your wishes and needs. We then present suitable profiles for you to choose from. If you wish, we can arrange a video call so you can get to know each other.

All caregivers have a good command of German. Requests for other languages can be taken into account.

We arrange a suitable replacement in good time – so that care continues without interruption.

Through personal support, regular feedback and targeted training – including on topics such as dementia, Parkinson’s and palliative care.
